Please download the Chapter Meeting Attendance Form, print out, and bring with you to the meeting so that a Chapter officer can sign it. Note, only print out the second page which is the form itself.

The Menu & Pricing:
The cost for the dinner is $30.00 per person and this includes bread, salad, entree, coffee, & server tip. Entrees may be selected from our menu (see menu below). Although its not on the menu the Special Fillet is also available.
